We purchased our property via the Tuffley office. Luke and his team were always very welcoming and helpful. Abi, who did our initial viewing, and also our follow ups was always friendly, informative and helpful sorting out several questions we had and we never felt rushed when viewing.
Completion day was pretty stressful and there was a breakdown in communication from the solicitor about getting the key but Kaylee was fantastic sorting it out for us really quickly. Our thanks to both Abi and Kaylee for a job well done.
