Okay but we were surprised when some agents showing the property mentioned to clients that 'the road noise is quite loud' and that she thought there had not been many viewings, which as a client would put you off.
Others said that the price had been dropped because of the condition which just was not true.
We were advised we would get call backs with feedback but didn't, we also had to chase solicitors ourselves to get any real answers to specific move dates, basic information etc.10 Jun 2026
