However, I would like to say, quite positively, that your service was excellent in every respect and if I was box ticking I would give you a 5 STAR on everything. All of Andrew-Coulson's staff were certainly kind, courteous, thorough in keeping me promptly updated and very patient in what was not an easy sale. As it was my deceased Mother's home it was quite an emotional time for me and I thank every one of you very much for all of your kindness and patience. As said previously, all staff were very helpful and understanding but must give particular praise to Pamela who generally was my initial point of contact and always dealt very helpfully and professionally with all of my many concerns etc.
Also,having bought and sold properties a few times during my life I can say Andrew-Coulson's professionalism was second to none and I would particularly like to personally thank Andrew very much for taking the time to phone me back literally just after he had attended a funeral.
