I would normally have to individually notify each property for Council Tax, Water Rates. Find the provider for Electricity and Gas, with some suppliers you can do this on line some you have to wait in a call queue. This is so easy. As soon as I know a new property is coming on or new tenants moving in - input the information - day of moving in/out input readings and I can then forget about it.
