The majority of my communication has been with Estelle and WOW what an incredible young lady she is.
She always answered with a warm tone, took an interest in what I was asking and was extremely efficient in answering and chasing for me.
My previous experience of selling a house wasn’t good and therefore I have probably been quite a nervous and demanding customer but she was absolutely amazing.
