Being first time buyers, buying a house was such a stressful experience but none of that stress came from our estate agents. They talked us through every part of the process and were amazing at chasing up our broker and solicitor. Having a constant WhatsApp group made the whole experience so much nicer. We just popped a message on and it was answered quickly and by actual people. Who actually wanted to help us. Although we won’t be needing them again anytime soon, we’ve already recommended them to friends and they’ll be the first people we go to if we ever need them.
