KMJ were fantastic from start to finish. Initially KMJ gave us a free probate valuation for my late father's house and even at that early stage we were given excellent advice about sales options and next steps so when the house was ready to sell we had no hesitation in engaging with KMJ to act on our behalf. We had a very difficult experience with the first offer we accepted which was all down to the buyer but KMJ were professional and communicative throughout and worked tirelessly on trying to progress the sale. When it eventually fell through, KMJ were great at getting the house back on the market and we ended up receiving an asking price offer second time around that KMJ managed expertly through to completion. I couldn't speak highly enough of how all the staff looked after us during a very difficult and emotionally stressful time.

I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.
I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.
The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

KMJ were very proactive in contacting us after we could not sell our property with other agents. They immediately acted, writing a professional and encapsulating property description, getting us an offer within a few weeks!!! They have been very transparent and ‘on the ball’ in their communication throughout the sales process, allowing us to successfully sell our house. They also provided a great contacts for a handyman to help with last minute repairs. I thoroughly recommend them!

We can't rate the KMJ team highly enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Katrina and Marc took time to get to know us and our home and could talk to prospective buyers with real knowledge of the house and area. The communication throughout was impeccable all the way from valuation to having an offer accepted when we were then passed on to Suzanne and the sales progression team. Suzanne made us feel like everything was under control! She was on top of communication with the solicitors, the buyer and surveyors and would follow things up before we would even think to chase anything.
The thing we loved most about KMJ though was how, even though they have lots of houses to sell, it always felt like a personal experience and that they genuinely cared about the sale of our house.
We reccomend them to everyone.
