I found Houseclub to be a fantastic estate agent. The staff are friendly and positive. They were helpful and were always willing to suggest changes. It felt like a very personal service every time I rang, as whoever I spoke to knew me, my house and where I was up to with the sale. I could tell there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes and despite being on the market for a while I never felt forgotten. John, the boss, also kept me well informed of current market trends and policy changes like the stamp duty changes. If I were asked where they could make improvements I don't think I could come up with any so well done.
