We let our first property with Roe and Co last year and the experience was so positive in comparison to many of the stories we hear, we decided we could do a second property this year.
Stephen gave us excellent advice once again on preparing the property for letting, and on the rent amount to advertise for. From advertising to securing some excellent tenants took under a week, and has enabled us to start getting our costs covered as quickly as is possible to do so.
Alice has managed the day to day admin for us since then - she is brilliant at keeping us in the loop, replies to messages/calls quickly and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is really on it in terms of what needs to be done admin-wise too. It feels like she genuinely cares about us and the tenants.
Stephen and Alice also take tenant selection very seriously, and personally show each prospective tenant round the house. This means they can look for people they can have a good working relationship with, as well as what is written on paper. As a result, it felt straightforward when it came down to making decisions about which application to accept, and that we could have confidence in the people we're letting the house to.
We feel that we can completely trust both Stephen and Alice to look after the property itself, and also the tenants living there really well. As a result it is a hassle-free experience. Their service represents absolutely excellent value for money for the headspace, worry and admin time that they save us - time and energy that we can put into other things. Thank you so much!
