We accepted an offer within the first week and whilst we did lose that buyer later (their mortgage issues) the re-market was quick, seamless and we were sold within a week again. They really helped keep the sale on track and were so valuable in communicating with our buyer when the chain needed information. I can't recommend Roe & Co enough!
