Fantastic Service from Start to Finish!

We cannot thank Kate Roe enough for all her help and support throughout the purchase of our new home.

Our purchase wasn't the most straightforward, particularly as we had to change mortgage lenders midway through the process. Kate showed incredible patience and understanding throughout, keeping things moving and reassuring us when things became stressful or uncertain.

She was always approachable, quick to respond and proactive in chasing updates, liaising with everyone involved and making sure we knew what was happening. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we had endless questions or needed reassurance!

What really stood out was how much Kate genuinely cared about our purchase. She took a personal interest in getting everything over the line, and it's clear she takes real pride in her business and the service she provides.

Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having Kate involved made a real difference, especially when things didn't quite go to plan.

Huge thanks to Sue & Kate at Roe & Co ❤️ .. I'm an investor and have used them to sell 2 properties for me now. I found them very knowledgeable about the market and very experienced estate agents ... They give you good advice and tell you as it is with market conditions, unlike other agents who sometimes fluff up the numbers just to get you on their books.
