My house had been up for sale for some time with another agent. There was little to no movement and it was increasingly difficult to get feedback.

My first impressions of Kate were very positive, I explained my frustrations with the other agent and asked if there was anything we could do better. Of all the agents I sat with Kate was the most honest and proactive. She always did the little things well, if she said she would call she did. If she gave feedback it was honest, constructive and prompt.

Towards the end of the process things started to slow through no fault of Roe & Co, through this period Kate continued to push, again being proactive, going above and beyond her remit.

For me highly recommended, just doing the simple things well makes such a difference.
