Staff were really great, arranging the viewing was quick and simple even during the christmas period. Sue was able to answer most of my questions about the property during the viewing, other agents I dealt with at the time were pretty clueless about the properties I was viewing. When it came close to the completion date Sue and Kate both communicated regularly about the details between me and the sellers. Kate even arranged for a little moving in gift when I picked up the keys, such a wonderfully personal touch.
