Couldn’t recommend LL Estates enough. Moving house has genuinely been one of the most stressful things we’ve done and there were definitely moments where we spoke about pulling out altogether, but Emily was a huge part of keeping everything moving and stopping the boat from rocking.
We’ve dealt with Hannah, Emmie & Mel throughout the process and they’ve all been brilliant, but Emily was always the voice at the end of the phone when we were stressing in the evenings or over weekends. Days off, nights out, she always made time to answer messages or call back, which honestly made such a difference.
Although the trauma from moving still runs deep, if we ever decide to move again, Emily and the team at LL Estates would be our first port of call without a doubt.
