A special mention has to go to Georgina Brown, who has been absolutely fantastic. Her response times are always excellent, and she is consistently friendly, approachable and more than happy to take a call and talk things through whenever I need help.
Georgina always makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble, and her knowledge and willingness to assist really stand out. Having someone like Georgina available makes a huge difference and gives you confidence that any queries or issues will be dealt with quickly and professionally.

For us, the real value goes beyond the awards themselves. The client feedback gives us a genuine insight into how we’re performing, what we’re getting right and, perhaps more importantly, where we can improve. That kind of honest feedback is incredibly valuable when you’re serious about maintaining high service levels.
We’ve also worked closely with ESTAS over the years and fully integrated their reviews into our own platform, helping our estate agency clients make much more of the feedback they receive.
