Lauren was fantastic throughout! so communicative, approachable, and genuinely helpful. She always kept us updated, patiently answered any questions we had, and even gave us friendly reminders whenever we’d forgotten to complete a form or needed a little nudge.

The whole team is incredibly responsive and they were always willing to help with any issue. Every interaction we’ve had has been warm, friendly, and professional.

The property was handed over in excellent condition, and all of their processes felt seamless and well organised. Their professional partners made everything straightforward, and they really took the stress and uncertainty out of renting.

Exceptional service from their team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring estate agent.

I haven’t had much contact with Base this year, To be honest, that’s exactly how I like it, Base found us new tenants straight away, and after a couple of teething problems,
Everything is fine.

Our current tenancy is now in its 11th year.
