A particular feature is that the team work very well together and are small enough to offer personal service, but large enough to cover all aspects of property purchase and market expertise, property upgrading and everyday management. Our property managers provide prompt attention to tenant issues, keeping us informed of progress on repairs and maintenance.

We recently carried out a number of upgrades to one of our properties. At the design stage, Miles Gilham provided his expert guidance on the options that were available to us. While the works were being carried out, Annie Morris kept us fully informed on progress and liaised between ourselves and the installers.

Following the removal of the Scottish Government’s rent caps, Charlie explained to us the implications of the legislative changes. We are impressed by the way in which Glenham Property are sensitive to the needs of the tenants, and by the way in which they had kept the tenants informed as to the changes that were being brought in.
