We are very pleased with the successful conclusion of our house sale,. and we thank you for your help. Your offices helped us prepare for Probate wit a fair valuation which HMRC were content with, and when we were able to proceed with sale, your online and published marketing attracted immediate interest.  Your same day updates as progress happened were especially important as we needed to keep my brother in Hong Kong informed promptly. Our solicitors have since commented positively about your timelines as the sale moved towards completion, and in a tricky market we were delighted to close the sale with a couple of weeks to spare before Christmas.
