We dealt with Lee Matthews and Jules Hunt. Great advice on the sales price that was appropriate for the property. Generated 7 viewings and two bids from cash buyers. Went to sealed bids with the winner being £53,241 above the guide price. FHP kept both us and the purchaser up to date even facilitating a visit on a Sunday. Exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FHP to friends and family .

From the initial valuation right through to exchange, FHP have really been on the ball. Whenever I phoned, whoever picked up the phone seemed to know exactly what was going on and where things were at with the sale. They have also been very good at keeping me up to date with progress and have given sound advice when needed. I never thought I would say this but there are good estate agents out there.
