We’ve had an excellent experience with Sarah Mains managing the letting of our property. They are professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the rental market.

Communication has always been clear and timely, and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and professionally.

Sarah Mains have been managing our rental properties in the Gateshead area since 2012. During that time they have found suitàble new tenants for us, managed changeovers, arranged relevant gas/electrical checks etc, sorted out all financial matters and dealt with all sorts of problems including leaks coming from an upstairs property causing a ceiling collapse, and arranging for a new tenant the replacement of an integral fridge freezer with 2 days notice on December 23rd. We don’t have to worry about a thing, it’s all taken care of for us.

David is our main point of contact and deals brilliantly with any problems which arise with our tenants. He is totally unflappable and professional, great with the tenants, and he only contacts us when he needs to.

Our experience with Sarah Mains in general has always been positive before and during our current tenancy at one of their managed properties. They are very available and responsive. The report issue feature with FixFlo has been great for any issues as and when they arise!
