I sold this property as executor to the estate of a late friend. However I live in County Durham some 324 miles from Southsea and was concerned that I would have to arrange everything remotely. I engaged Lawson Rose and, from the outset, they made me comfortable that they would be able to deal with any local issues that arose. They offered sound advice and guidance based on their in depth experience and knowledge of the local market, and kept me appraised of progress with their highly effective communications. Where they really stood out was when we needed to take action and engage contractors to resolve some issues that were hampering the sale. Lawson Rose arranged suitably qualified contractors and were crucial in bringing the sale to a conclusion. I do not think I could have received a better service anywhere else locally, and certainly not from an online estate agent. Overall I thought their service was outstanding.

She has always ensured that we were kept fully informed of progress, and her tactful and friendly manner has shone through even when she had to impart bad news when a previous buyer pulled out.
