Both Sienna and Louis were beyond helpful during our purchase. We had an awful lot of set backs and complications along the way because of the age and condition of the house but each time they were understanding and quick to offer us a range of suggestions or recommendations to combat each hurdle we came across and beyond understanding and encouraging even with each set back. Can’t recommend their services enough. We wouldn’t have our dream home without their help and expertise.

BOP were very proactive in ensuring the selling process ran smoothly, and were always on hand to offer help and advice, as well as going above and beyond in dealing with our and our buyers' legal representatives to help iron out the inevitable issues that arose along the way.
By far and away the best experience I have had with an estate agent.
