I have used Alan Hawkins agents 3 times over the last 20 years, most recent within the last 3 months. Each time I have found them to be fantastic. All members of staff I spoke to and dealt with were friendly and understanding of my circumstances each time I have used them.

We rented a property through Alan Hawkins for just under three years. We always found the members of staff to be helpful and polite. All repairs/maintenance issues were logged by the office staff and any required works were carried out by competent trades people.
We have now moved to our own property and had a smooth exit from our rental property with regard to the pre and final inspections.
