Robin and David have been absolutely amazing and keep up to date with everything I have been going through. They have explained very clearly when I don’t understand. Also they gave me a lovely bubble champagne and two glasses. Best of all a bright red ribbons on my front door made my day! I totally recommended them :)

Picking the right agent was a nerve wrecking thing to do as communication, care and attention really matter to us. I am SO happy I picked Robinson David. For a team of just two I can’t believe the 5* service that they provide. They showed a genuine interest to our property and made sure to ask about the finer details which stood out to us as its the reasons we fell in love with the property ourselves . David is so responsive that I’m actually concerned he never takes any time off haha! Being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a god send with my busy job. We unfortunately had a couple of fall throughs with the chain above us but David and Rob applied no pressure and kept our buyers updated throughout. David showed up on completion day to welcome our new buyers to the property - I can’t say the same for the agents that we bought a property from, I had to go and collect the keys myself on a busy and stressful day!

Bought a house through Robinson David. From the initial viewing right through to the end I found David and Rob fantastic. David showed us the house and he was well up to speed with the local area and the house. Rob was there for the second viewing and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the 16 weeks process David and Rob didn't let a question go longer than 30 minutes before being answered. Overall an extremely professional company and I genuinely couldn't fault anything on their side for this purchase.

At times we felt like they were only the estate agents for our buyers rather than us being their actual clients. They were lovely to our buyers putting a bow on the front door and turning up with a bottle of bubbly and 2 glasses for a toast.

We dealt with many estate agents when viewing properties as first time buyers. But when Rob showed us around the place, he was professional but also very real. He told us about what it was like to live in the area and was just lovely to chat to. He really helped sell the idea of what life would be like if we moved here. It wasn’t generic advice but real lived experience!

During the buying process, both Rob and David were on it and incredibly easy to reach and fast at responding if there was an issue. David was very quick to help us solve a problem that had come up in the survey which then helped the rest of the buying process go smoothly.

Rob and David make a great team and I would happily recommend them. They had a lot of local knowledge, experience and expertise which really helped.
