Matt was great! At the initial valuation, he was thorough, and very personable, which definitely made a nice change from other estate agents who were providing quotes.
He managed to get an offer with only a few days of going to market, at a much higher price than other agents had said was possible (£40k more than the lowest estimate I was given, so not a tiny amount!)
He’s kept me updated at all steps and has been working hard behind the scenes to chase the buyer and their solicitor when delays have occurred. I’d happily recommend Matt and happily use his services again if/when I need to.
