Clear and detailed posting. I like that they have an AI generated suggested design for the house. It greatly helped with the tenant. Good communication with the agency staff. Any questions was clearly answered. Deposit is secured. Contract is intact as well as the inventory of the house. And a move in gift from the agency and landlord is greatly appreciated. From talking to them to getting the property on the market it only took a few days. The first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The help with lettings has been professional and personal, very quick to respond and honest in her advice to getting the property marketed. I appreciate an honest and realistic approach which was great. It also was clear that she knows all the relevant details and is keen to help get the apartment rented.
The pictures from the flat are very nice and professional and the online ad is great, so all in all I am very thankful for all the hard work!
