I would have liked to have given 5 stars throughout, however we did not have a good experience to begin with. The member of staff we were assigned to was not communicative and took extremely long to reply, left things not done for ages and didn’t mention specific things that we needed to do which gave us a really bad experience.
However, as soon as Sahlia took over our file our experience completely changed. Sahlia was very communicative, friendly and always happy to help

Overall was good. We ended up having 2 solicitors as 1 left halfway through the process and didn’t inform us - which we know wasn’t intentional but it did create a massive delay and stress we didn’t need. When our newest solicitor joined however, the process became so much easier!

Lyndsay was incredible - she was open and honest; made everything so much easier and actually fun! We got excited for calls, it felt like the process was moving, and in general she was just a fantastic human being. We can’t thank her enough for all the support she gave us in helping us get the keys to our first home
