Took a long time - 12 months with AP Morgan and 8 months with previous agent-to sell my house and I ended up selling at auction. I was keen to find out what the issue was but didn’t get any professional feedback from the agent. Had already started the process of buying another house so urgently needed to sell. I initiated many price drops without realising the problem. We eventually gave notice to end agreement and were going to sell to a cash buying company, before having a chance conversation with the new branch manager Josh who suggests modern auction.

We would have lost a lot of money through a cash sale so Josh helped us to get a reasonable price through modern auction. He explained the process really well and supported us through the process.
