Right from the very start, AP Morgan were really brilliant. After we first contacted them there response time was excellent, They came around, did the valuation, and the house was put on the market in less than a week. They handled all the viewings and the process moved on very quickly.
Throughout the conveyancing process they communicated regularly with me. We also got some useful advice regarding how to handle some details with the property we were purchasing.
I can heartily recommend AP Morgan to you if you are looking to sell your property, they won’t let you down!

Have to say AP Morgan Bromsgrove were excellent throughout, right from the start when company director Chris Griffiths came to value the house himself and get it on the market. All staff professional and helpful from photographer to agents doing the viewings. We used Chapter Law solicitors through AP Morgan too who were great and I don’t think people will get a more competitive deal anywhere for estate agent fees selling their house and all legal fees together. Also a special mention to Fay Williams who was always there in the background updating us with weekly check in calls and working tirelessly to make sure all parties in the chain kept moving along to their next steps towards completion.
