First class commercial agency service in a challenging market. Excellent from start to finish.

Miller Metcalfe have provided excellent service during an extended sales period where we had negotiations with three potential buyers.
The first was unable to proceed, the second I cancelled the sale as the buyer was dragging out the process without paying a deposit
and finally achieving a sale which progressed quickly and very satisfactorily with an excellent buyer.

Special thanks to Georgia Mackenzie:
Throughout this extended sales process, Georgia has provided excellent service and great communication.
At all times she has remained helpful, optimistic and understanding of our needs and requirements.
Georgia is a pleasure to deal with and has a bright, cheerful and pleasant manner,I would not hesitate in recommending her services.

Georgia has been fantastic with me all the way through the Let, shes arranged other offices to assist me with printing and witness signatures and the communication was great, would definitely use Miller Metcalfe in the future

Special thanks to Georgia Mackenzie:
Georgia was a huge support through my Let, it was really difficult to get hold of the landlord and took lots of attempts to contact but she persisted in getting me the info I needed to get the Let done smoothly and in a timely manner, she also helped sort my Lease, I would personally want Georgia if I ever needed assistance with lettings in the future

We dealt with Georgia Mackenzie regarding a commercial lease, she was informative and made the whole process absolutely seamless. We would definitely deal with Miller Metcalfe in the future when we expand our business further.

Georgia and Jack sold my commercial property last year, and I cannot fault the service one bit! As a vendor who frequently buys and sells commercial property, I won’t be changing agents anytime soon.

I was kept informed at every stage of the transaction and received clear, thorough advice on any queries I had—nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. Their communication with my solicitor helped to speed things along and ensured the property completed within my required timeframe.

Special Mention – Georgia and Jack

Special thanks to Georgia Mackenzie:

I cannot recommend the commercial team highly enough!Georgia and Jack answered every question I had, no matter the nature of it. Their insightful knowledge truly reassured me throughout the process of selling my property.
