I visited Campbells website and was impressed with the choice of sales options. For my needs the Express Sale Method ticked all the boxes. I made contact online and was telephoned by a member of the team to arrange a visit to the property.

Rhian was friendly and made me feel very at ease, she explained the Express Sale Process fully, created a marketing strategy that reflected the property but could appeal to a range of buyers.

From marketing of the property we completed on the sale in 53 days.

We sold our house through Campbells estate agent in Daventry, quickly and without any problems. Stan French was the agent we used and he kept us informed every step of the way. We had previously bought this house using Campbells in 2010, so we were happy to reuse the same estate agents.

We placed the house on the market in early January 2026 and some of the photographs used showed snow in the garden.
