I had been looking to move house for what seemed forever, but wasn't confident enough to market my own home, until Linda came along. She gave me the confidence to put my house up for sale and I sold within 3 weeks at the top of the asking price. Unfortunately, I lost my buyer as I was unable to secure a property before her mortgage offer expired; however, despite re-marketing during a very tricky period, I still managed to secure a very respectable asking price. I genuinely don't believe this would have been possible without Linda's excellent marketing and negotiating skills. I don't know any other estate agent who can successfully market properties ranging from a modest £90k to over £1,000,000. I would highly recommend; she's quite unique.
