I had a really positive experience with Michael Hoy while selling my flat. As the Director of the company, he personally dealt with my sale, which made a big difference. He was always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout, and was genuinely easy to get hold of whenever I had a question.

What I appreciated most was how well he communicated with everyone involved. He liaised directly with both my solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor and helped keep things moving when there were queries or updates needed. I never felt like I was having to chase for information or find out what was happening.

The whole process was handled professionally but also with a very personal touch. Michael was attentive, straightforward and clearly took responsibility for making sure the sale progressed smoothly.

A genuine 5-star service. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell their property.

I couldn’t recommend Chiddick Homes highly enough. I first rented my previous flat through them around three years ago, and throughout that time they were incredibly helpful and professional, even though they weren’t directly managing the property. Michael Hoy in particular was always extremely helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile whenever I needed assistance.

More recently, I had the pleasure of going through Chiddick Homes again when purchasing my first property, and once again they were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were proactive, professional and consistently on top of everything, regularly chasing both sides to make sure everything was progressing and helping to get the purchase completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

It’s rare to find an agency that provides such a high level of service over such a long period, and I’m very grateful for all their help. A special thank you to Michael for his support throughout both experiences.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell a property. Five-star service from start to finish!
