The feedback from staff at all levels is always positive - Clare operates in the real world of Estate Agency, making her content and style of training wholly relatable. Clare Yates - CY Training Works

Having been on MANY training sessions both in this industry and other customer service backgrounds, i cannot tell you how refreshing it was to meet Clare and complete her Customer Service training. We requested Clare design this particular session for our Property Managers only as due to AI and over demands i felt the team needed that little extra support in how to address these endless emails/calls.
Clare did exactly that. She brought extra too, adding humour, past experiences and pushing the team to think the other side of things. The positive attitude of each team when they came out of the course was simply fantastic. Even the ones that though they couldn't be taught anymore came out with a different view on areas.
I've already suggested she attend to other areas of the agency to help other teams with my director.
