I contacted Tia Butt in April of this year, asking her for a probate valuation for my mother's home. I liked her the moment we met, she has great enthusiasm and is super efficient, communication via WhatsApp from the get go.
Once I had applied for probate I went straight back to Tia, instructing her firm to sell the property for me.
Immediately she set up a WhatsApp group with all of Butt's agents on it, she put me in touch with the firm who would be taking photos of the property and creating floor plans for the sales brochure. This was all seamless and done within a matter of weeks.
There were many viewings and within the two weeks we had two offers, accepting one within the month and the sale has just completed in less than 10 weeks. I am delighted.
What could have been very stressful was straightforward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell their home.

The team were always very patient, understanding and active. From the very beginning Nathan filled us with confidence and hope.
It took a while longer than expected, but no fault lirs with Butts or us, just the way it goes sometimes.
