I was buying a flat for my 85 year old mother using a power of attorney. The Moovahome team were incredibly helpful in dealing with the solicitors and the sellers, helping unblock aspects of the process (most notably in ensuring there were permissions to convert the bathroom for my mother's use). They were also very happy to support me accessing the flat at times that were most convenient for me. They were professional throughout. I was particualrly impressed with the communication (by e-mail, phone and text) which ensured that I never fely alone or distant from what was going on. Upon completion, I was met at the flat and Moovahome talked me through everything. I felt that they really cared about my circumstances. They sent a lovely card to my mother and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for us. In summary, I was very impressed and will now look for them to sell my mother's existing house!

Moovahome staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The processes were easy to understand and complete.
There is a general email so you do get different people replying to you each time which at first felt strange but it does mean you get a quick response and you do get to know the team quickly.
