⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from E10 Homes!

I honestly cannot recommend E10 Homes highly enough, and in particular Jamie Franks, who has been absolutely brilliant over the last four years of using them to manage my flat on Morley Road in Leyton.

Jamie originally helped me rent the flat and has now helped me sell it, so I’ve experienced E10 Homes from both sides. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. They are a slick, professional operation who really know what they’re doing, but what sets them apart is their genuine willingness to go above and beyond.

As I don’t live locally, there have been times when things like access to the flat could have been a real headache. Jamie was always on hand to help, whether it was arranging access, sorting out practical issues or simply being someone I could rely on when I needed a helping hand. I trusted him enough to give him keys to the flat, which probably says everything you need to know!

Selling a property can be stressful, but having someone you know you can count on makes all the difference. Jamie and his team have been consistently helpful, responsive, approachable and reassuring, and I’ve always felt that nothing was too much trouble.

If you’re looking to rent, let or sell a property in Leyton, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend E10 Homes.

Really good experience working with Adam at E10 Homes. We literally would not have found our home without him! Very good process from end to end from clear and useful info packs for viewing properties, able to take on board what you do and don't like and recommend properties for it - in our case Adam was able to recommend a property that was outside of the area we had original looked at, and helped us find the property we went on to buy because of it. Very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the offer through to completion process.
