Great service and advice, we accepted an offer within a week of the property being advertised. Very professional & helpful throughout the sales process. Bournes were also far fairer on their fees than other agents. Really couldn't fault them. We used them again in the sale of my parents property which again went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Special thanks to Hugo Labram:
Hugo worked extremely hard for us throughout the sale of our property and in the somewhat difficult purchase of our new property, all ways being very professional & polite. It certainly showed us the value of having a great estate agent with you through the whole process. An extremely polite and helpful young man, and we really appreciate the effort he put in on our behalf.

The pictures of our property were excellent and made a real difference in finding a buyer.
Have already recommended Bourne to a family member and they’ve sold their house as well.

From my first call to receiving the keys to the property, Kathryne was very professional and helpful. I cannot fault any part of the process that she guided me through, she made everything as easy as I could have wished for and actually over delivered on my expectations with regards to the final finish on the property that when I originally viewed was essentially a building site. Very happy client.

Special thanks to Kathryne Hopkins:
I think my above statement has commended Kathryne for all her help.
