Despite viewing the property 3 times, plus going back when the surveyor was present, the agents were accommodating and very professional and friendly. Everyone at the agents responded quickly to any queries I had but notably Lorraine must be mentioned as the person who stayed focused and nudged everyone in my chain along, to completion. Completion was fraught because of bank failures on the day, however the agents kept the momentum going well after closing time on the end of the month Friday closing hours. For that I am so grateful and very appreciative.

This purchase was problematic and long drawn out over several months. The buying agent was much more effective than my selling agent by keeping us up to date at every stage, double checking every detail and they realised the chain was not complete before my agent, in fact my agent suggested the chain was still live.
