Our sale hasn’t been the easiest, but Rosie has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her, and we’ve always felt that our best interests were at the forefront of her mind.
She has guided us through every step of the process, always being approachable, kind, supportive and professional. Rosie has made what could have been a very stressful and difficult situation so much easier to navigate, and we’re incredibly grateful for all her help and support.
Rosie consistently checked in on us right through to the very end, even when she was out of the office, which really shows just how dedicated she is to her clients. When things became particularly challenging towards completion, she was the glue that held everything together, managing the constant back-and-forth with the solicitors and helping to ensure we completed on the week we needed to.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us through this process. Rosie went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful for everything she has done. She is a real credit to the estate agency, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!
