First time ever, I had to evict a tenant with the new Landlord laws coming in May. Thought it a good idea to act quickly.
A difficult tenant, who with Webbers advise I was able to evict in April.
Professional advice and support during this process.
I would recommend Webbers to act on my behalf for the future.
The new laws are in the tenants favour. It is advisable Landlords , to cover yourself if carrying on with renting properties.
