I had a great experience working with The Levels Financial. The process of getting connected with a broker was fast and everything was explained in detail on the initial call. Communication throughout was consistent and made the experience feel easy. Charlie was so helpful, understanding and informative at every stage. He went above and beyond to explain not only the mortgage but other aspects of buying a house and always tried his best to answer any questions. You could tell that he cared a lot and I couldn’t have done it without him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a broker.

I have used for my initial mortgage and remortgage. Initially with Connor then Tom and both are fantastic. The wider team are also great and very responsive. Would always reccomend and will continue to use this company in the future.

Our experience with the Levels financial has been fantastic! This is our first mortgage together and we came into our first meeting with Zoe Graham with minimal knowledge of mortgages and the process of buying a house and Zoe explained every step along the way and everything we will need to know. As first time buyers buying a flat with no chain, we managed to have a meeting and get a full mortgage offer we were happy with within 3 weeks! Zoe has been our biggest cheerleader in the whole process and has celebrated every win with us along the way and we really appreciate the level of care put into the service. As complete newbies to the buying process we cannot thank Zoe and the team enough for the support and information they have provided us, it was worth absolutely every penny and we won’t hesitate to contact them again when it comes time for mortgage renewal!

We had a group chat set up with Zoe from the start of our process and she has celebrated every win we have had and has provided us with consistent updates and we have never felt lost or out of the loop at any point. Getting a mortgage is a long and scary process but we felt like we knew what was currently happening and going to happen next the whole time. We can’t thank Zoe enough for her hard work on all of this as we have been hard work with booking evening meetings and eating into her time but she’s been able to accommodate to us whenever we needed!!

From the very start of the process everything was broken down clearly and in easy to follow stages with no hidden fees or extra costs.
I knew everything being done was genuinely for our best interests and it made the process so stress free and actually enjoyable!

Nicola had her work cut out for her helping organise 2 first time buyers who were both employed in multiple jobs as well as being self employed. But she managed to help us sort everything we needed and found the best offers available for us and never once did we feel overwhelmed or like she wasn't looking out for our best interests - even keeping her phone on past hours to help us submit details in time as required!
