Well in order of importance and our gratitude. HANNAH TOWERS.

It is rare you meet someone with a massive abundance of enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism, knowedge, reliable attritibutes but we did, Hannah Towers.

When a message was sent or telephone call made, Hannah would either answer or reply promptly. Her working day never seems to stop but you are left felling the luxury of thinking you are the only lucky ones she is looking after.

Armitstead Barnett have a wonderful portfolio. To the point we did not look beyond their catalogue of available properties for the search of our new home.

As Hannah was so attentive she offered to show us round two properties new to the market.
Because Hannah listened and understood our requirements she knew what properties to make appointments to see.

We fell in love with our home on the first visit and Hannah was there to show us round. The importance of the person showing us round is priceless. So many estate agents send a person who seems to spoil the opportunity. Because Hannah listened she knew how to maintain that importance.

Throughout the process Hannah was there, helping our purchase become our new home.

The manner that Hannah conducts herself is amazing. Through any house purchase we all expect hit bumps in the path and thanks to Hannah, we floated over them and never looked back to see the obstacle she had helped us negotiate.

While this review is maybe for Armitstead Barnett, but seems to be for Hannah. Well to us, Hannah is Armitstead Barnett so I am happy to make it all about her.

I am writing this review not so much as a promotion for Armitstead Barnet, but as an opportunity for anyone looking to buy or sell their property to see why to get on board with Armitstead Barnett. If this review helps only one person to gain peace of mind and the attributes we benefitted from, they will be on the best chapter in their life and my review was worth it.

Thank you Hannah, your work ethics, friendly and professional manner, attitude, approach, knowledge, enthusiasm, communications, and so much more are why the best Estate Agents we could wish for is Armitstead Barnett. Hannah of Armitstead Barnett that is.

Hannah’s initial appraisal of our property was based around her knowledge of the market, and this could be seen through extensive discussions about our requirements with regards expectations both on price, time scale and external
marketing factors. Through her guidance we felt confidant we had chosen a strong agency to sell our home. Her knowledge of potential purchases already waiting for properties who had been qualified was impressive. We asked for honesty and good communications, both of which we received in abundance. A sale was agreed within a week and completion on the sale through fabulous communications with Harli and both sides solicitors moving things along swiftly was achieved within 8 weeks. We cannot recommend Armistead Barnett enough from their knowledge of the market and potential buyers, excellent sales particulars and video to communications at all times of the day with ourselves, the purchasers and solicitors.
