The Armistead Barnett team operate as a very joined-up group, meaning that if your main contact is out of the office their colleagues are well-informed and effective. They were always very helpful and fast to respond. A straightforward cash, no-chain purchase should not take 14 weeks to reach completion, but that was beyond their control and they did what they could to keep things moving along.

Armistead Barnett have a great reach and produced loads of viewings, kept in touch well. My only complaint would be that I paid the same price for your services despite doing all our own viewings, open houses and you used a photo of our front door in your own advertising, it would have been nice to have a bit knocked off!

Toni (and Cody) were fabulous at keeping in touch, they kept their calm when there was a rollercoaster of offers and counter offers coming in and gave great advice. They also never left me hanging on when I was worried, emailing when I couldn’t be reached by phone.

A huge thank you to Cody and the whole team at AB who have been a pleasure to work with throughout the house sale journey. From the initial valuation with Emma right through to completion the whole team were highly professional, proactive and could not have done anymore.
Communication was always excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were delighted with the photos, advertising and social media coverage and even more delighted with the amount of interest in the property and the quick sale!
We would recommend unreservedly AB to anybody looking for an estate agent.
