From the first time I contacted Chosen Estate I felt heard and promised,I felt very important,they were quick to organise the viewing according to my preferences,the lady who assisted us at the house viewing was pleasant and friendly,asked if we were happy or we needed any extras or adjustments to be made to the house,from then we went to their office in Churchdown were they explained to us the procedure and they reassured us that they will be all the way and they did that until we passed the reference stage,got our contract,made the required payments then they explained to us by call and email what the next stage would be until we got our keys,on arrival there was a welcome card which made us feel loved.
This was my second option,the house that I wanted was in Quedgeley with a different company but because of Chosen estate hospitality we felt we were in safe and good hands and decided to go with them.
However we have never told them this as we still are enjoying all the love and would not want anything to change.
Proud of them such that I have recommended 2 colleagues who were house hunting as well.

We met Rosie at the Churchdown office on the day we viewed the house,she assisted us with the application and told us that someone will contact us and explain the whole process,if i recall correctly it was Erica who was very kind and polite on the phone.
Every time we would call to ask anything it was Rosie who would pick up and since we had met in person we found it very easy to ask anything that we were not sure of.We did not know she was going to be our property manager,when we got her email telling us she we were thrilled and we celebrated,
She is always there for us and everytime we speak over the phone she always asks if we need anything.
She makes sure we are okay with the property and that is bonus to everyone who rents anywhere,the feeling of knowing you belong makes it all comfortable.
