Although Michael Ellis was the lead, all the staff were excellent either actioning requirements, giving advice communicating updates or simply passing messages to Michael. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I rated Lincoln Ralph 5 stars in each of 5 categories, which I reckon is 25 stars in total, and seems about right! The photos for the sale of my house were excellent, taken with a minimum of fuss and very competently. The property appeared on the market very quickly, and sold fairly readily. We were kept well informed at every stage, principally by Nikki, who answered all our naive questions with empathy, enthusiasm and good humour. We were given excellent and pertinent advice wherever appropriate. It was like being guided through the process by an old and trusted friend. This was our first house sale/purchase for over 40 years, and was made to feel almost effortless and pleasant.

Nikki was superb throughout! If she missed a call she always phoned back, everything was done promptly and efficiently, and in a very friendly and approachable manner. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Thanks Nikki! ????
If I ever buy or sell another property, I would without doubt use Lincoln Ralph, and ask for Nikki, although i suspect that any of the other team members would be similarly friendly and efficient.

What a fantastic company. Would highly recommend. Nikki and Nicola are friendly, supportive and always polite. Although I was buying a property through them, I called for advice when at my wits end with my estate agent who was useless.
Nothing to much trouble.
Communication evellent.
