Michael was amazing throughout this whole process. He had weekly check-ins with us and kept us updated throughout, as well as chasing the rest of the chain for progress. There was a stark contrast between Michael and our estate agent, who we heard from twice between Christmas and March, and it was to repeat what Michael had already told us. Honestly don’t think we’d have moved as quickly as we did if it wasn’t for Michael.
