Loddon have always provided excellent service in terms of lettings management and then the sale of my property. The recommend sale price was realistic resulting in an efficient sale. The viewings day was well managed. Communication was always thoughtful, timely and the staff were always pleasant, reliable and willing to help. They looked after the property while I was absent in the winter months. Annual summaries of income and expenses for tax purposes was very efficient.
