I found Fisks (Harriet and Mia) great throughout the process. Friendly and professional throughout - I always felt they were on my side (as well as the sellers) and sought to be helpful rather than just trying to sell me a house. Found solutions not problems.
Really responsive throughout process and made it as painless as possible.

The main thing I remember most from whole process is that Harriet was nice to my children (8 and 11) when they came to view the house with me second time around. Really made them part of the process and talked to them like they were just as important as everyone else.
