I have to say Adam&Jones Market Harborough deserve more than the amount of stars on offer.. from my intial enquiry via Email then a Telephone Call they are truly superb .. efficient, knowledgeable, exceptional at getting back to you, always with politeness and friendliness and re-assuring at all times, they accommodated our difficulty in Viewings due to work commitments, and I’m now elated to say being a Tenant in a beautiful Property makes me feel like we are very much in “safe hands”and know there always at the end of the phone if we need any help or advice etc.
Well Done Adam & Jones, we have been Tenants with other Agents over the past 7 years and by far they are the Best Agent in every way , proud to say they are our Agents.

What can I say about both these Ladies , words can’t express how awesome they both are. Sadly last October 2024 we moved into a property and within a matter of weeks we realised they’re were various problems, after only 11 weeks we had to move out of the said Property due to Health&Safety issues , we were devastated we had re-located Area and suddenly realised we were potentially going to be homeless , our health had been affected sadly and emotionally for myself I was not in a good place , after a long conversation with Kathryn initially I felt like I was heard I was handheld and promised all would be okay and Kathryn was not wrong she totally restored our faith , was delicate in approach given what we were going through, helpful Is an understatement and she made a very difficult time a lot easier, Jenny another superstar ensured all the legalities were done promptly efficiently and again with so much help and reassurance , they both deserve medals and most definately went way way above & beyond , ensuring we were able to move into a beautiful new home but more importantly a safe one, they both held my hand especially throughout the process and from start to finish it was less than a week!!! AMAZING Service.
We are now very happy and settled and only recently an issue within the property was sorted promptly and everyday I received calls with updates and more importantly again firstly checking we were “ok”
