From the very start the team at VIA properties made the process smooth and easy. Everything was explained well. Being a tenant for 7yrs they really have been just a phone call away, helped whenever possible and always remained professional. Communication was always clear and prompt and any issues that did arise was always quickly resolved. The team has grown in the 7 years i have been with them and my fear was always that this could ‘dilute’ things, however i was so wrong! The team still treat everyone with respect, go out of their way to help and communication still remains perfect!
