I was happy with the service at first especially with Alexi, she was amazing to speak with and understood my concerns. However as the time went on we then started to deal with Richard and he actively tried to insult my partner by pointing out the fact he’s not English and gave me a story of how if I brought a house in Spain I would struggle as-well. He then proceeded to make us feel bad to state that the people were purchasing the house from were elderly with a health condition as we have them an ultimatum. The couple we purchased off offered to do this, we also had no where to live. To make me and my partner feel bad was very unprofessional as I also have a health condition but I never mentioned this as it’s not relevant to purchasing a property!! I wouldn’t use them again, and couldn’t recommend anyone else to them.
