It took more than half year to finish the purchase process, one of the main reasons is some agent in Tylers passed the wrong message to everyone (including their own colleagues).
Then, it took them several months to arrange the intallation of a dishwasher (already paid by the previous owner of the property), and they are stilling arranging it.
When I contact the previous owners of the property, I got "the agent is waiting for you to contact them to arrange the installation". But I have contact Tylers several times, everytime I got the similar answer "please wait for another several weeks if it's not installed for you".
Funny, right?

From the email discussion between Tylers agents, he should be the guy to pass the wrong message among different parties during the purchase process. He's not professional ( maybe intentionally doing the bad thing, I'm not sure )

Ian Lattimore and the other staff members at the Histon Branch in Cambridgeshire, were exceptional to anything I asked or needed help with. 'Marcus', another member of the staff was fantastic to me. As a registered disabled person, I could praise them enough. Even posting me a card of welcome to my new property. How thoughtful and all the staff and Ian signed it.
