Joe was really helpful, from handing over the keys to setting up all my utility bills. He always responded swiftly to every question, even when I asked the same question two or three times. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I would give him a 10/10. He guided me through everything I needed. Fun part is he is not even my property manager, but he assisted me.
