I did have some issues initially due to miscommunication between myself as the owner and the tenant living in the property as the tenant was being contacted to make decision re the sale and not myself. Once this was addressed Millers were very good in their updates to me throughout the process.

The sale was made at the bottom end of the agreed range 450k-475k. The buyer pulled out on the first sale at the eleventh hour due to the assylum seekrs problems in Epping, but Millers quickly produced a second buyer (same price). All the Millers staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful so its hard to single out an individual.
